Good climbing mainly on slabs on quality rock. Can be damp in winter but gets the afternoon summer sun.
Up to 38 routes/ boulder problems recorded but some now overgrown.
The rocks are adjacent to the Longdendale Trail . Parking available at Hadfield and Torside. 30 minutes from each.
A barbed wire fence is in place along the bottom of the crag but has a wooden section at the right hand end.
The land is owned and managed by United Utilities
