Rockfax Description
100m. Takes a direct line up the right side of the slab. Start just right of a black streak, 5m right of Blank. Only marginally harder than the other two routes.
1) 4c, 30m. Climb straight up the holdless slab (crux) to reach flakes. Ascend these to join Blank and belay on the same gravelly ledge on the right.
2) 4c, 25m. Step left and climb straight up a line of perfect pockets, trending left to gain an obvious long thin downward-facing flake. Thin moves above the flake lead to more flakes.
3) 4b, 45m. Climb straight up a bare slab to the right end of the ledge on Blank. Continue straight up to follow an obvious rib (overlooking a long corner to the right), then easier-angled slabs to the top. An exhilarating unprotected pitch. © Rockfax
