Rockfax Description
A multi-pitch trad line up the crest of the pillar. Take a full rack of gear. It can be done on a single rope.
1) Go up to the highest platform.
2) Climb to a ledge under a roof - vegetated.
3) Continue up right to cleaner rock. Keep right on the flake.
4) Make a short traverse right (past cactus) to a belay on the left side of the upper wall.
5) Traverse right then head up the flake to the top.
Descent - Walk off right and away from the cliff to avoid gullies. Go towards the road to a path that leads south, then back west, under the cliff-line to return to base. © Rockfax
