Rockfax Description
A magnificent route up the huge arete protected by a lot of fixed gear. It is a long pitch requiring 60m ropes if climbed from low tide ledges. It can be started higher up if the tide is up. Climb the front face of the pillar until level with a ledge on the right. Move up left across cracks to a corner and climb this to gain the arete. Climb it, mainly on its left-hand side, before moving onto the right-hand side and climbing up to an overlap. Pull over this onto the left side and climb a groove with care to the top. © Rockfax
