βeta: Don\'t really understand what people in videos are doing with their feet at the start - has something broken? I got a high right foot, flagged with the left, and laybacked and pinched up the arete until I could bosh out left, whereas most people seem to be standing on something quite good lower down to get the right heel around the arete. Used a knee in the groove to take the sting out of the top. | βeta? | |
