New hard boulder by Widmer

© UKC News
My friend Sebastian Spauwen reports on his blog his friend, Franz Widmer, has done a hard FA in the Jura (I'm guessing he means the Basler Jura, a limestone area close Basel, Switzerland, but I could be wrong). Franz haven't given the problem a name or a grade yet, but given that he's worked it for quite some time and that he found it really difficult, it must be hard.
Remember he did the 2nd ascent of Fred Nicole's Le Poinceur de Lilas and the 3rd ascent of Entlinge, another problem by the same man. Both of these are graded 8C.
Anyway, it will be interesting to hear more about this new problem.
