Funky moves - Sisu Masters 2013Video

In early October, a bunch of world class boulderers gathered in Helsinki for Finlands first international invitational bouldering competition - The Sisu Masters 2013.

The line-up featured international stars as well as Finland's best:

Anna Stöhr, AUT
Mélissa Le Nevé, FRA
Eevi Jaakkola, FIN
AnnaLiina Laitinen. FIN

Kilian Fischhuber, AUT
David Graham, USA
Nalle Hukkataival, FIN
Anthony Gullsten, FIN

The format used was the "build your own problem", meaning exactly that
- Everyone sets one problem
- The climbers work the problems
- Restday
- Competition

How it all turned out?

Well, if you don't know or have forgotten, I guess you are going to have to watch the video!

Next week, both winners visit Stockholm for the La Sportiva Legends Only. Mélissa is setting and Nalle is competing.

Great looking comp. It would have been good to see more footage of the Finnish bouldering areas and a bit more of the sisu project.

There's film of him trying it in last year's BD catalogue http://catalog.blackdiamondequipment.com/rockclimbing2012/en_us/ There's also film of him doing the Globalist too around, but you'll have to google for that. There are loads of bouldering films for all around Finland now, there are just so many new areas being discovered each year. I'd just do some searching on Vimeo and YouTube and you'll find plenty.
