This week's Friday Night Video is the online premiere of the UKC/UKH feature 'Run Forever.' The film takes an in-depth look at fell runner Nicky Spinks whilst she attempts a double Bob Graham - a 132 mile route, with 54,000ft of ascent and 84 peaks to cover. Nicky was attempting the route ten years after she was diagnosed with breast cancer and she has since gone on to become one of the UK's most successful fell and ultra runners. Last Saturday 'Run Forever' was awarded the Judge's Special Prize at Kendal Mountain Festival.
