This week's Friday Night Video follows Martina Demmel's meteoric rise to the top of climbing. Four years ago at age 15, she was a ski racer and training for her national team but a chance visit to a climbing wall meant her life went in a very different direction.

Really inspiring and I like her attitude of wanting to get experience on all types of rocks and styles and do as much climbing as possible !!! I think a lot of people believe you need to train to get good at climbing these days, but I think the real answer is go climbing !!! Hope she gets better soon from her broken foot.
