Hamish McArthur has been part of the Team GB set-up since he was just twelve years old. After winning Bronze in the Lead on his World Championships debut, he qualified for the Olympics via a 9th place finish in the Olympic Qualifying Series, before going on to achieve an incredible 5th place finish at the Paris Olympic Games.

Outside of competition climbing Hamish has made hard bouldering ascents up to 8C+, as well as multiple 8B+ flashes. He also has multiple sport ascents up to 9a.
