Want to support our youngsters as they grow into Britain's best climbers?

The BMC is seeking two Talent Development Co-ordinators to deliver the BMC's talent development work with young people nationally and regionally, brokering relationships to facilitate opportunities for young talented climbers to develop their climbing, and to support the BMC's wider aims as required. A key element of the work will be delivering the Talent Development Strategy and meeting targets associated with that plan as agreed with Sport England.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work of the BMC and help meet the needs of new and experienced climbers.

The deadline for applications is 9.00 am on Monday 2 July 2018.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 12 July 2018.
