This is a rare opportunity to head up an incredible Depot Climbing centre in the epicentre of UK climbing. This state-of-the-art facility is only just getting started and we're looking for an experienced centre manager to build and develop the existing team.

This is a really exciting opportunity to get involved with the UK's leading indoor climbing provider, in one of the best bouldering facilities in the country.

The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves the orchestration of the day-to-day running of the centre, as well as aiding in the training and development of the team and venue, writing rotas, payroll, recruitment, and ensuring general H&S and legal compliance.

We are looking for someone with previous management experience that is keen to push themselves, to progress, and to thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as good knowledge of the industry, Rock Gym Pro, and the day-to-day running of a climbing wall.
