A Climbing Instructor…

does way more than teach people to tie knots. You're the floorwalker on duty, always watching, always vigilant, always there to help keep our customers safe. As such you must be an active climber with an CWI or RCI qualification as a minimum. On and off the wall, you're super flexible and super helpful, an inspirational coach making everyone feel welcome while providing the absolute best experience. P.S. we operate a shift based rota with some evenings and weekends. Why not harness up?
