About the role

We are looking for a driven and well organised individual to join our successful and passionate team to sell Artificial climbing walls within the midlands, north of England and Scotland.

You will proactively look for sales opportunity within the industry and also be reactive to inbound leads generated from our marketing. Working with our design team to create design and quotations which will be presented to the clients.

The Role

  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their projects.
  • Cold calls and lead generation.
  • Consult and offer expertise to clients by assisting with advice and support through the sales process.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of our product and business model
  • Update CRM
  • Attend Trade shows
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements of the Role

  • Business experience.
  • Knowledge of climbing and climbing industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, public relations skills, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be an organised self-starter
  • Ability to make independent decisions; assume responsibility for their work and decisions.
  • Ability to work in a small team in a fast-paced environment to strict deadlines is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM system.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • The desire to succeed.
