The Castle is a market leading climbing centre - one of the biggest and best in Europe... Do you have the vision and drive to ensure that the Castle provides a continually evolving, comprehensive, customer focused climbing experience?

We are looking for a creative agency or individual that has experience working in and a passion for climbing or some other related lifestyle sport. Your role will be to head up our marketing and communication initiatives. 

Requirements

We’re looking for someone that is able to understand the unique character of the climbing industry, share our values and bring new ones to the table.

Your role will be varied, key functions include:

• implement and update the Castle’s marketing strategy on an annual basis
• create and manage the Castle’s social media schedule to maintain and improve brand visibility across platforms
• update and maintain content on the Castle website, and provide recommendations to improve the platform
• review, monitor and schedule internal communications
