Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the centre. Duties to include: Instructing, liaising with customers in person and on the phone with regard to the services we offer. Using our automated booking system and taking payment by card and cash, ensuring accuracy at all times and other general administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for the correct opening and closing of the centre as well as ensuring that our operating procedures are adhered to at all times. In-house training will be provided.
