Over the past five years The Castle has built up a reputation for delivering a quality inclusive service for people with disabilities. With a growing work base we are now recruiting for an instructor to work in our Inclusive Climbing Programme.

Is this You? Then we want to hear from you!

- Able to work exclusively with adults and children with physical and learning disabilities including ASD and cerebral palsy
- Follow the Castle ethos of climbing as a form of fun and therapy
- Available to work up to 30 regular hours/month with the possibility of more as bookings come in
- Adaptable and inventive to the situation at hand
- Empathetic, patient, friendly, caring, reliable and dedicated to the programme
- All applicants must hold a CWA or SPA qualification and current First Aid. A genuine interest in working in the inclusive climbing industry is more important than knowledge or experience.
