Customer Support Assistant

Jagged Globe organises worldwide mountaineering, trekking and skiing courses and expeditions.

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant. You will support the Customer Services Team and be at the heart of all communications between us and our customers; from first call, through booking and all contacts till each client's trip is completed. 

You will maintain and administer bookings, helping with payments and the handing out of essential trip information so that, under supervision, you help deliver a premium "customer-focussed" service to our clients.

Accuracy and speed of action will be essential to ensure the proper delivery of each client's booked trip.

Contract:  6-month fixed term, full-time contract. May be extended to full-time.

Remuneration: £9,500 for 6 month contract.

Working Hours: 0900 to 1230 and 1330 to 1730.

Days: Monday to Friday.

Location: Jagged Globe, 45 Mowbray Street, Sheffield, S3 8EN.
