Customer Services Assistant
We have a full time vacancy in our customer services team, based in Guiseley, North West Leeds.
The role involves:
- handling customer enquiries both by email and telephone
- processing web orders
- processing returns
- inventory management and ordering stock from suppliers
- receiving and recording deliveries
- general office tasks
- assisting in the warehouse in peak periods
Facewest is a small team and we are looking for someone who has the flexibility to adapt to the ever changing demands of a growing business. Previous experience in a customer service environment or purchasing would be an advantage.
Wage – 16 to 18,000 depending on experience
24 Days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays
Hours 9 to 5 Monday to Friday wih 45mins lunch break
