Depot Climbing are looking for an experienced and skilled route setter to set amazing problems and develop its incredible Big Depot setting team! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with relevant setting and people management experience to build on their abilities and get involved with a rapidly developing organisation.

The role directly reports to the Head of Climbing and involves the orchestration of the regular setting of the centre. You will be expected to develop your team and work closely with them to achieve deliverables. 

We are looking for someone with sound setting and people management experience, that is keen to push themselves and those around them to progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate would benefit from previous setting experience within the climbing industry and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and people management experience.
