The Westway, otherwise known as the best and biggest lead climbing centre in London, is looking for a talented management professional to take the helm with our Climbing Customer Services Manager (aka Climbing front of house manager) role. As well as additional team members to man the Climbing reception.
Not only will you be joining the Westway team but you will also be working with one of the UKs largest employer of climbing professionals (Everyone Active) and all the advancement opportunities that go with it.
Climbing Customer Services Manager (salary – competitive)
To deliver high quality customer service to all customers, in-line with the organisational policies and procedures. You will manage the Climbing Front of House team to ensure the smooth operational running of the Climbing centre on a day-to-day basis as well as ensure that the customer facing team are of the highest quality. Your enthusiasm, positive and friendly attitude will ensure customers encounter a welcoming and enjoyable experience at all times. You will aid with the retention and attraction of new customers as well as support through positive communication and coordination three core areas of the business (Climbing coaching, casual climbing and climbing retail)

Climbing Customer Services Advisor (pay at LLW)
We are looking for full time and part time CCSAs in order to fill vacancies left by team members being promoted out of the department. A great place for someone to start and learn the industry. This role is the first person that Climbers see when coming into the centre and so it's one that requires great people skills and an understanding of the sport.
