Brought to you by the team behind the renowned Kendal Mountain Festival, the Kendal Mountain Masters Tour continues to captivate audiences across the UK. The recent triumphs in Plymouth and Reading showcased not only the thrill of competition but also the unique blend of competition and entertainment that defines this exceptional Tour.

In January, climbers of all levels converged for an unforgettable competition featuring 25 new boulder problems and enticing prizes from affiliated brands, The North Face and Ellis Brigham. After enjoying an afternoon of fun challenges and solving problems with The North Face athletes James Pearson and Caroline Ciavaldini, participants then settled in for an evening of entertainment.

As well as hearing James and Caroline's incredible stories on stage, attendees enjoyed a stellar lineup of films from the prestigious Kendal Mountain programme. 

Featuring unexpected guest appearances by acclaimed Ellis Brigham athletes and paraclimbers James Rudge and Luke Jamieson, this exceptional lineup not only adds a thrilling twist but firmly establishes the Mountain Masters Tour as a standout event on the competition calendar which is open for all to enjoy. 

Kendal co-director Clive Allen says, "Great problem setting, great venues, great partners...what's not to like? We're delighted to see so many people competing, whatever their ability, and just having a good time."

As the Kendal Mountain Masters Tour gains momentum, the adventure is far from over. The upcoming Tour events promise even more excitement, with stops in London, Liverpool and Sheffield.

In London and Liverpool, the Mountain Masters Tour is proud to welcome esteemed guest speaker and The North Face athlete Stefano Ghisolfi. Adding to the excitement, these events will mark the World Premieré of Stefano's highly anticipated film, Excalibur. The film provides an intimate look into Stefano's momentous first ascent of the Excalibur Project, as yet unrepeated at 9b+, making these gatherings an unmissable experience for adventure and climbing enthusiasts alike.

The Tour wraps up in Sheffield featuring the awe-inspiring Jacopo Larcher, a climber whose life mirrors the philosophy of embracing change, driven by a deep love for travel, exploration, and photography.
