DMM Cosmetic Seconds - a well kept secret by a few who know it's a great way of getting quality gear for less expense. An enigma to many, who worry about what it means: Is it safe? What are they? Here at the V12 outdoor shop, being the SOLE re-seller of DMM Cosmetic Seconds we thought it would be a good idea to explain what they were all about, without taking ourselves too seriously of course. So we put together a small film package to do just that, the salient part of which is probably the interview with Fred Hall Director at DMM who really sums it up in the precisest of ways.

Due to the nature of the seconds we never know what we are going to get or when, so you need to keep an eye on the website for updates and gems when they come through. To this end we will announce on our Facebook pages when we get a drop in that has some new items contained within.

Also to promote the seconds and to help dispel any lingering concerns over them we are having a give-away of a free cosmetic second with any purchase of DMM gear over £5 for the month of December (or as long as stocks last!). To qualify for this giveaway, check out our Facebook page at:

Free give-away of a cosmetic second - more info here: www.facebook.com/pages/V12-Outdoor

Here you will find the code that you need and all the details on how to claim your free cosmetic second. Also if you 'Like' our page then you will get all the latest news on DMM cosmetic Seconds, deals and news so that you don't miss out in the future! You can also sign up for our newsletter if you are a customer and get news and deals that way instead.

So, now you're in the loop, if you want a great product at a great price you know where to come.

It is amazing (and encouraging) too see how much they distort before they finally go! Chris

I showed this video, along with a few others, to my goose. She commented that I am a cosmetic second, in that I am fairly sound and pass all relevant safety tests but have a minor cosmetic blemish in the form of a large nose. R
