Saw this punter trying to climb Rays. Don't know what he was up to but clearly didn't have a clue.....

Okay so it was Dawes! It was during his I can climb anything in 5.10 trainers phase. Typically Dawes looked for a weird way to do the route and got everyone trying it feet first. It didn't work and in fact the next ascent was done in the conventional way, i.e. hands first feet following.
