This is the problem with grade 2 Multigrade, I suggest grade 4.

Sean, tut tut. It is probably using tri x instead of fp3 that is wrong, and then trying to reduce the contrast by long weak developing.
Anyway, it is a great shot, and one with more snow than most of us have seen for many years.
