Nice shot - which route did you take? I'm heading up there in the morning.

Hi Migsy, I climbed the Sron na Lairig ridge up to Stob Coire Sgreamhach (a Grade II climb, highly recommended if you have a partner and rope). I then followed Bidean's East Ridge to the top.
If you're after walking routes, the best way is probably to climb Stob Coire nan Lochan first, then climb the North Ridge of Bidean. The West Ridge (from Coire nam Beithach) is also excellent. The Lost Valley approaches are a little more avalanche-prone at the moment, particularly Bealach Dearg which features a huge cornice.
