More dry tooling.......

Looks wicked. Was it 2011 - says Jan 2010 on two photos?

Very impressive. To the moron above, this is definitely NOT dry tooling, the white stuff on the rock is the obvious clue.

A thin smattering of ice. This is aid climbing and its destroyng some of our best routes.

Iain Munro. At what point can you see crampon points/axes embedded in white stuff and loaded with bodyweight? A light coating of powder can't be climbed. Neither can frost. All his weight is supported by metal on rock. Just because there's a bit of white suff about doesn't mean he's actually climbing it does it? Idiot.

Hmm, no where because it's not an ice climb! It's a mixed route. Perhaps when the pressure sores from your armchair get unbearable you'll give it a try one day?

Chris & Ruckman. Personally your arguments/comments only show your ignorance to Scottish winter climbing. It goes beyond bashing up a gully or hacking your way up water ice. By your own definition what is the difference between the two ascents?
