We must have pooled the gear that day because I notice a sling with a Scott carabiner that was obviously mine. Scott's were only available to the RAF Mountain Rescue at that time and the to own one meant that it was "knockoff" !

Hello Jon,
Yes it's Tut, the only climber I knew with arms as thin as mine. Funny how his seemed to work so much better than mine !
