Climbed this in very cold and crisp conditions. Sprinkling of snow higher up and a hint of verglas but luckily no ice axes in sight!

The implication was that despite the snow on the ground no climbers were dry-tooling there way up a rock route. I'd have loved for the Arete to have been frozen solid and to have got the axes out but it's an awesome summer route too.
