Anybody fill in the date of this? Look in the Yorkshire Grit Guide,I think it was the same year as Jerry Peel climbed Gigglin Crack.

In the Yorkshire guide as White Wash climbed in 1976.....with comment that Joe Brown climbed similar line in 1958.

Chalk was used - I was one of the original powder puff kids. The thing about Joe Brown is probably another Dennis Gray myth. There was quite a lot of this kind of disinformation around in those days.
