Took a while to set this up with the north star. The guys took a bit of a variant to the normal route (hard to see in the dark!). The green glow two-thirds of the way up is the belay. Many thanks to Pat & Lynne for indulging the plan with a late evening climb.

Great shot James, although I wonder if the torch and climbers are needed, they detract a bit from the star trails which are worth a 5 in their own right. Perhaps just someone lit up on top.

Thanks for all the lovely comments. Mark the exposure was just under 40 minutes, about perfect for the length of the route at night.
Thanks Mike. I've got one of some star trails without the climbers but the foreground just felt a bit uninspiring. Have a couple of places in mind for the next clear night though...
