What a great action shot ! Did you have a runner in the roof and were you ok ? Did you get back on it ???

I was absolutely fine! This was my second attempt and I gave up after this... I origionally had a runner in the roof but was stupid and blocked a hold with it and couldn't make the move. The second time I removed that and made the move but by this point I was knackered and didn't manage the entire thing hence this photo...

Did this my self :) wanted to do it old school with just a sling on the cheese block, slipped and missed a handhold going round the roof, hitting the slap below was painful! got back up placed cam in the roof and then did it.
