As I too an climbing there the week after Ill be on the look out for the 'Grandson', perhaps I can crack a route or two with him and buy him a pint to say thank you...

Ray Mears has done a superb and comprehensive documentary on this WW2 mission and was fortunate enough to be able to include the 4 pivotal Norwegian commandoes that were actually involved in the reconnaissance shortly before some of them died. It would be a tough one to better.
