A fantastic shot.

Thanks Mick.

Do I see 3 points of contact? Can't quite make out how many fingers :-)
Michael Hood - 08/Dec/16
All I can say Michael, is that this photo was swiftly followed by zero points of contact ... and then one. The mat.

Well done for capturing that *exact* moment, great shot!
Fraser - 08/Dec/16
Thank you Fraser. LL

Apart form loving everything else, I really love the Yin and Yang element of the sky!
tombo - 09/Dec/16
Thanks Tombo. Yeah the sky was wild. It's partially a result of the way it is exposed, but the sun being so low really lit up the clouds a crazy golden yellow.

Love everything about this. Great composition, especially given the colours in the sky. Nailed the shutter speed with just enough blur to caption the motion whilst keeping it sharp. And perfect timing.
James Rushforth - 11/Dec/16
Thanks Diggs, thanks Beckstew!

Nailing the exposure on this is what makes this image really succeed. So many get it wrong with auto-exposures settings on their camera. I don't usually like mats in the image but here it works ok as it relates to the storyline. Well done.
