Wire removed from Everyday lives of ordinary people. I took tools to replace this after seeing the state of it on previous visit, someone has taken the sensible step of putting in a shiny bolt instead so just removed this. Roughly half of the cable frayed away so at best half strength with strong possibility of a ground fall if it had failed in use.
