I remember that move well...found I could rest, but had trouble moving again, desperate.
Paul Ingham had made the first free ascent with Alan Taylor a couple of days earlier [May 1980] and wanted to do it again. I followed not knowing about the heel hook until Paul nonchalantly stuck his foot over his head and took a rest...I thought he was kidding! It was one of Paul's regular solo's... and very impressive to watch.
