My old climbing mates Colin Read and Johnny Adams contacted me recently asking if I would like to post some of their old photo's on UKC, my answer was a very quick yes!

Hi Mick, you are spot on...actually if you look carefully at the pic of Colin he has left foot in a sling taking a rest. I talked with Johnny Adams yesterday and he confirmed they used a point of aid...still a very bold on sight ascent for the time.
It wasn't climbed free until May 1982 by Martin Berzins and Chris Sowden.
