Is it easy to find based on the rather vague description? Climbed the sport in the quarry before.

No it's not that easy Tbh outcrops has it way further nother in another inlet.
It's the sea inlet at the other end of the sport route quarry. At the sea inlet head for the right side (walking from sport routes) and scramble down rightwards where there is a little pile of big rocks. It starts from there , there is a broken diagonal crack to begin with.

Comments above are spot on. It's not too bad to find though; as North East Outcrops says it's opposite the Round Tower which is a pretty distinct landmark. A good sea cliff traverse which is worth seeking out.
