Nice shot. Can't help wondering why all the routes have YDS grades??

Hi Jon. I didn’t want to put U.K. trad grades as I didn’t want people to think these routes have been trad lead climbed (they’ve all been climbed in a top rope solo style, and I wouldn’t advocate leading due to poor rock quality and protection). So thought I’d use sport grades (although I know these are also be used for trad). I used the YDS as it’s the one I have most experience of. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, James

Thanks, I was curious! Traditionally, climbs that haven't been led, only toproped, are just given UK technical grades. At least, that's what used to happen (cf. southern sandstone, various Shrophire and Scottish esoterics). Nowadays, anything goes, so YDS away!

Cheers for the advice, Jon.
I’ve changed the grades to French sport grades: Hopefully that’s more familiar to most as that’s what’s mostly used at climbing walls in U.K. I guess. I’ve also discovered I can add a top rope symbol to each climb so hopefully that will also make it clearer. Thanks, James
