Merci Jon :) Does this bird visit the Barronnies - or how close to home might you see them ?

There is one certainly in the Baronnies, maybe a pair. A few years ago a pair of youngsters were released (well, placed in prepaired nests) before they could fly. They eventually took flight. Their travels were obviously followed via their trackers. Can't remember the results.
