What a stupid this to say Adam! As a photographer myself i'd much rather have a slightly less good shot and a climber that is happy to be there than a brilliant shot and an unhappy/potentially dead climber!
PS I've just finished reading Fiva, Gordon. Brilliant book, well written and a good story. makes my epics look like nice days out in the countryside!
