Great tones in this pic, like the way the sun must have been round the corner of the arete. It must be good, its already got a poor vote....

It's certainly harder than any V5's I've done over here! A lot more like V5 if you're tall though.

Would be intrigued to see the original?
Obviously a lot of burning to the background given away by tell-tale halos.
Still, a good composition and makes the problem look nails!

What's with the innuendo "intrigued" - what you insinuating? The "original" is a RAW file. It's just a quick grab shot taken in difficult lighting conditions that cameras are crap at dealing with.

Intrigued - i.e. how much you've managed to recover. I often bin shots that look rubbish but now am using lightroom, so it's easy to see quickly if an image is worth working on...
