This was the windiest day i've every known in the UK. We had to bail from the Langdale horseshoe walk between Crinkle crags ands Bowfell and it was like sky diving!

Lovely. Was wandering up the Band last weekend towards Bowfell and Esk Pike in very similar conditions.
