The sky lacks drama, the lighting on the Matterhorn is very flat, the foreground has not been carefully considered, there is no figure to add scale to the subject, there is little regard for composition, so why does this get a 5? I just can't see it. Am I missing something or is it just because it's the Matterhorn! Sorry.

May just be the subject...I have only owned a digital camera for a month, so I'm just giving it a crack, trying to record my climbs and some of the beautiful scenes I come across. Appreciate any comments and critique. cheers

Who needs drama in the sky with a mountain like that?
where should the figure be to add scale? if its on the mountain your unlikley to see it at all.i like the contrast between grassy, forested slopes on the left and the mountain itself.great shot. keep it up.
