After seeing Streepadair's excellent pan' from Sgurr Na Stri I finally managed to make a visit and it is one of the best views of the Cullins.

Thanks hwackerhage it was a D3 with a 24-70 f2.8 mounted verticaly (4x)and pointed down quite a bit to get the small island near the bad step in, homemade wooden mount to keep the nodal point central.
Hoping Nikon come out with a new wide angle prime soon the 24-70mm is good but is quite heavy.
Some of the greens look slightly overdone on this one.
