We're on the look-out for a Climbing Instructor to join our team at The Warehouse Climbing Centre in Gloucester!
This engaging, active role involves maintaining good climbing practice and upholding all aspects of the centre. Duties include ensuring the aspirations and needs of our customers are met in a safe environment. Responsible for providing comprehensive and professional climbing instruction to a range of ages and abilities (from beginner to advanced levels) the successful candidate must be friendly, enthusiastic, have good communication skills and enjoy working with all ages and abilities.
Hours are set on a three-week rota, with the option to work across other departments within the business (i.e.. Mobile Climbing Team etc). As part of the role you must also be keen to learn and support other areas of the business such (CafeBar, Reception, Room Hire etc).
Uniform and various benefits included. Ideally the candidate will hold CWI/CWA and First Aid accreditations, but full training will be provided. Competitive rates of pay dependent on experience and qualifications. As part of your induction you will be required to undergo a DBS check.
