One good thing about this job is that you will get a pay rise in April.
Woohoo from about £10.38 an hour to what?
Look at what they are asking qualification wise and responsabilty.
Better off being a cleaner not as glamorous but in Kendal my niece gets £17 an hour plus mileage self employed for a company.
All these climbing walls take this piss paying peanuts. Because some young climbers jump at the chance of thinking what a great job it is.
It may be nice but the pay still takes the piss and the owners play on it!
It will have to go up to at least £11.44 as that will be the new minimum wage.
Saying that appologies it is a YMCA and its cheapest entry ive seen in a long time.
Just a shame they cant pay more
