Was a bit tired to complete but the concensus seemed to be that Sunset Crack (f6B+) (ironically named?) Was closer to 6c and was nice and worth seeking out.
At Stanage there are many micro-routes that may fit the bill as high-balls; for example Shock Horror Slab (f6C), Daydreamer (E2 6b) and the other climbs on that slab (don't bounce).
Must be similar at loads of other gritstone crags.
