I've been climbing with a sprain on my A3 pulley for a good few months now and decided it's finally time to address this.
I read somewhere that Dave MacLeod's Make or Break book has some slightly different advice to what the rest of the internet says, which is basically 'stop climbing until the pain goes away'.
I was wondering if anyone might have a copy of the book that I can buy off them. I can't find a second-hand copy or PDF version anywhere and I feel like £30 for a new book is a lot of money to spend for advice on such a minor injury, as far as climbing injuries go.
