This has probably been posted before, but I was fortunate enough to watch the film The Parkinsons Project this week.
The film follows Chris Hamper as he navigates his diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.
It's a great doc that takes us to Stanage (Hampers Hang) and Norway following Chris's climbing and his thoughts on his Parkinsons.
I found it really inspiring and life affirming and so encourage anyone who can make it to watch it at the Showroom Cinema in Sheffield on Sunday 13 October. at 3pm. Link here:
